This is a new exciting time for Oysta Technology as our Customer Services Team has grown and needs a great Customer Services Manager.
The personal qualities we need for this role is someone who can offer us customer service management gained within a technical environment who can ensure that we offer very high standards of customer service to our users/customers and clients.
We are one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the healthcare sector. We support many of Europe’s leading mobile and social care providers, We provide mobile and IoT technologies alongside a first class customer service to many of Europe’s leading mobile and social care providers.
Joining Oysta Technology and based at our Pury Hill office, this role will be managing the activities of a small Customer Services Team, managing customer accounts, reviewing our systems and processes in customer services, managing the team, setting goals/targets/internal KPIs and working to SLAs – basically Customer Services Management in the growing industry of technology healthcare.
We need you to be experienced in customer services and show us proven experience of managing a small customer services team where you have made improvements and developed the team.
What is also required for this role:
- DBS clearing
- Understanding technology
- Being well organised for self and others is required for this role
- Being able to work in a small team, showing passion and enthusiasm for what you do…. and
- Being able to work with ISO and Quality Standards
We have fantastic rural offices, plenty of parking, cafe, gym
This is an office based role, interviews may well be via teams or zoom. The office is Covid Secure.
