Telehealthcare Awareness Week 26-30 June

Oysta Technology Limited Marks First Telehealthcare Awareness Week

The UK’s first Telehealthcare Awareness Week will be running across the UK from 26th – 30th June. The week aims to raise awareness of the many Technology Enabled Care Services (TECS) available to support people living in the community – including devices and monitoring systems which can help people who have a long term condition, are elderly or vulnerable or who have a disability, to remain independent for longer.

Mario Zuccaro, Managing Director at Oysta technology said;

“We are delighted to be taking part in this first UK Telehealthcare Awareness Week to raise awareness of the services we offer to those who wish to remain safer and independent for longer.

“We are all too aware that current pressures on health and social care services are high and we are passionate about the role our services play in allowing people options for how to live their lives to the fullest.

“Technology enabled services can help prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and support people to be discharged from hospital sooner. This not only improves the quality of life for patients and their carers, but has the potential to offer huge savings for the health and social care system.”

To find out more about how TECS products can work for you visit our Mobile Telecare pages on or come along on 4th July at the UKTelehealthcare event in Halifax.
