Leading providers of care are increasingly turning to Oysta.
Oysta provides mobile devices, home sensors, and a platform to enable older people to live at home for longer, enabling them to live healthier and happier lives. Thousands of people already use our products and services, but our addressable market is thousands of times larger. Our highly integrated and open approach to technology makes us the leading IoT with PaaS provider to the care sector.
We are now looking for a Strategic Sales and Business Development Director to locate and secure large new sales relationships and partnerships to build on the success we have enjoyed to date. Our clients are typically large public and private sector organisations, so you will need excellent client facing skills and be comfortable developing business cases in consultation with senior executives in both sectors. The private sector market opportunity is particularly large and is changing quickly as new services for older people are developed and launched by existing players and a range of new start-ups.

To be successful as our Strategic Sales and Business Development Director you will need to be:
- Commercially experienced, ambitious and imaginative – this is a fast-moving sector where new ideas can have enormous impact. Demonstration of personally making a step impact on sales and of sustaining client relationships is critical.
- Hands-on, self-motivated and hardworking – Oysta is not a big company and we all get stuck in and get the job done.
- Customer focussed, thorough and reliable – lives literally depend on our service.
- Mobile and flexible – our business is headquartered near Banbury, but you will be working with prospects and clients throughout the UK
You will be rewarded with a salary, performance bonus, and equity package consistent with your experience and the contribution you make to our company. With high levels of approval by existing clients and a massive growing market, the opportunity is to realise over 10x revenue increase and be appropriately rewarded. We are looking for ambitious individuals with a track record of achieving step change. You will report to the CEO.
